Logistics France & Export

A strict logistics protocol designed to maintain freshness, viability, and traceability up to your farm.

Within a maximum of 3 days, Aqualande Origins eggs can be delivered anywhere in the world.

The steps before shipping each order

We apply a rigorous protocol before each shipment to guarantee healthy, viable, and homogeneous eggs.

Trout eggs

1. Manual cleaning

During the incubation period, the eggs are regularly cleaned manually in order to remove unfertilized eggs from the incubators.
This meticulous cleaning limits any risk of contamination and promotes optimal embryo development.

2. Mechanical sorting

A few days before shipment, the eggs are machine-sorted using the Quicksorter (IMV) to remove as many white eggs as possible and retain only developed eggs. We also use the Prosorter machine, which sorts eggs by size and very precisely eliminates white eggs, small-eyed eggs, and clear eggs.

Precision mechanical sorting guarantees uniform, high-quality batches that meet the requirements of professional fish farming.

3. Isothermal box: thermal insulation & freshness guarantee

At the time of departure, the eggs are mechanically sorted again and manually cleaned, then distributed into compartmented trays.

Each isothermal box is designed to maintain a stable temperature throughout transport, ensuring egg viability until delivery.

An end-to-end controlled international logistics

Our international experience allows us to adapt our transport methods to each country and each sanitary regulation, while optimizing delivery times. We take care of all documentary procedures (health certificate, certificate of origin, customs documents, etc.).

This comprehensive management of administrative formalities allows our fish farming clients to receive their trout eggs without constraints or delays.

Our eggs are packed at each fish farm on the very morning of departure. Transit time ranges from 24 to 72 hours. We control the logistics chain from the fish farm to the destination airport, thereby optimizing both delivery times and costs.

This complete control of the shipping process guarantees full traceability and optimal security, from spawning to the arrival of the eggs at the end customer.

Secure packaging to preserve quality upon arrival

The packaging is specifically designed to guarantee optimal egg quality upon receipt. Since June 2023, a new, more efficient packaging has been introduced and tamper-proof has been introduced in our hatcheries. These new polystyrene boxes are more watertight and ensure better freshness for the eggs. A single format (45 × 45 × 54 cm) has been retained to facilitate logistics in France and for export.

New informative labels are added to ensure optimal readability of information on batches, egg types, and quantities.
More than ever, product quality and the level of service provided are firmly at the heart of everything we do.

This new packaging strengthens transport reliability, reduces the risk of contamination, and allows better identification of trout egg batches. Our clients thus benefit from a preserved product, transported in compliance with the highest standards of global aquaculture.
