Our objective is to offer the best conditions to our fish while using new technologies to gain efficiency and quality, particularly in egg sorting and grading processes.
Our eggs are fertilized at each multiplication site, using broodstock born and raised on site. Everything is done by hand: from spawning to sperm production, as well as egg mixing and transfer to the incubator.
All these stages require unique expertise.
The eggs are then weighed and sorted to ensure their quality and quantity.
